Q: I have an open warrant from Orlando, FL for a DUI from 1991

I have a DUI conviction from 1991 that lead to an open bench warrant in Orlando, FL. from 1992 on a probation violation of failing to participate in a DUI course. How do I fix this? I live in Wisconsin now.

Hire an attorney in Florida to negotiate with the State Attorney's office and come to some sort of resolution.

Q: Why can't I find an Attorney to an file injunction against a judge who is in not abiding by the law

Can a JUDGE be an officer of a corporation that is monopolizing the DUI industry? He forces all judges to mandate,court order all of their DUI Defendants to go to the driving school HIS specific driving school that he is an officer of. Is this legal?

If this is true, you may wish to make a complaint with the judicial qualifications commission.

Q: Fla resident arrested in Ga, ch'd Driving w/lic suspended, dui. Pled guilty, sentenced to prob, susp dl 1 yr.

Is it legal to go back to FL on day of release and get new DL and start driving?

When your probation is up you certainly can go back to Florida. I doubt Florida will give you a DL if you have a 1 year suspension in Georgia though.

But I wasn't even the person driving! Don't I have to be the driver to legally be charged with DUI?

They can argue that you were in control of the vehicle, but that is quite a stretch. A qualified DUI attorney should be able to win this case for you.
