Im a witness at a trial and very strongly believe that the defendant will lie about something that happened. What can i do when i hear him lying? Do i tell the judge imediently? Do i wait til hes done talking? Will i even be believed?

You don’t do anything. If you’re a witness, you likely won’t even be in the courtroom except when you testify. You give your testimony, tell the truth and leave whether he’s lying or not to the jury.

You should go take a criminal complaint against him for wanton endangerment fur trying to run you over. You. Can only be charged with criminal mischief at the most but I doubt it would stand up in the face of his wanton charge.
