Contact an attorney and ask for help. Be polite, seems like a pro bono cause in my opinion.

Q: Can the city turn a dog at large ticket into a state ticket an can they come after me if there not my dogs there my sons

They wrote me the ticket knowing they were my sons dogs not mine an he is over 18 i live in montevideo minnesota

Here's the thing - if you hire an attorney to fight the ticket, the fee would likely be minimal. If you were responsible for the dogs at the time, then it is your ticket. Q: Do I need to help the new owner of the puppy pay his medical bill? We sold him as he is with no contract agreement.

Q: If I get a dog for free from a posting online. Can they take the dog back?

I responded to an online posting. Free dog to good home. I meet up at my home with them and they agreed to leave the dog. 2 days later they are asking for it back. ItThey are harassing me demanding the dog back. They are saying I stole the dog. Can they legally take the dog back?

Q: My landlords accused me of leaving my dogs out in the hallway unattended & barking. Can they fine me for them barking/

I have never let my dogs unattended. My first question would be why do you think your neighbor says this? If your dog is causing problems in your neighbors' yard, then I would hesitate to advise legal action but would need more facts to properly advise you.
