Go see a local attorney about this. It appears that the property was abandoned.

Q: My bd was ordered to pay 98 dollars a week do I get my payments weekly or monthly?

It was first $384 before I received it and it they only gave me $200

I do not understand what is a 'Cys". If you mean CPS, then you are asking us to advise you as to whether simply leaving your child with child protective services is okay. Simply leaving your child is never okay no matter how futile the proceeding is against the child protective apparatus.... View More

The only answer I can give is perhaps. Basically, abandonment is when you make absolutely no provisions for the child.

We would have to read the order to be able to tell you. Perhaps it means uniform traffick offense, perhaps something else.
