Q: My 8 year old grandson traded an electronic toy with a friend without permission when told to get his toy back the other

Child refused to return my grandson's toy. The other child's mother is not being helpful. Is there anything I can legally do to get my grandson's toy back

Robert Jason De Groot

answered on Nov 4, 2015

Instruct the grandson as to why we do not give our toys away or trade them. What is it that you are thinking you can do legally? File a lawsuit? That would most likely cost more than to go buy another toy.

You put this in the Other forum, so I guess it is not about criminal law. What are you talking about? Is this about a bond? You would have to ask bonding companies this question. I bet you will find that some might work with you.
