Child refused to return my grandson's toy. The other child's mother is not being helpful. Is there anything I can legally do to get my grandson's toy back
answered on Nov 4, 2015
Instruct the grandson as to why we do not give our toys away or trade them. What is it that you are thinking you can do legally? File a lawsuit? That would most likely cost more than to go buy another toy.
