Absolutely go to Court. Otherwise a Default Judgment will go down. Have proof that you paid the first month. Possibly agree to a lesser amount than sued for, but this is doubtful since you already agreed to it.

It is best to move the Court to waive fees at Sentencing. You might still move the Court to waive the costs during the Probation. You better be a perfect probationee.

It is a simple written motion, not an "application". You can draft, file, serve it on DA, and appear before the Court yourself.

Your breach of contract action is apparently against the dealer, not the warranty carrier. You will need to hire an attorney to pursue a remedy. All possible documentary evidence will be needed, including possible advertisements.TN consumer protection act might be involved also.
Can that trust be acessed? Mainly because we have no other funds for routine care..(mowing, maintenance etc) We have relied on donations but that has dwindled to nothing.

You can try to get the Sheriff to get a Citation issued. If not you can sue in General Sessions for property damages. But collecting a Judgment may be difficult.

That sounds like Jury Duty. But call the Court Clerk and ask what it is. Make sure you call the correct Court.
