It is very doubtful that TN LEOs will arrest you for going to the County Clerk's Office. But when you get pulled over, it will be bad. And you will not want any wedding announcements. Unless there is a substantial amount of property/money involved, you are better off hiring a good KY lawyer... View More

Call the police. You should report this to the police. They will investigate and may lay charges if appropriate.

You can file suit against the pawnbroker for either conversion or an action to recover personal property. It will be difficult, and you will need excellent proof.

Probably yes since most Statute of Limitations are 1 year or more from the incident to initiate the charges. The exact SOL depends on the charge.

You have not disclosed enough information. Is the seller the same person who transferred title? And where is the vehicle? Your title may be fraudulent, so you may wish to call DOS about its status. The bill of sale may not have been actually consummated, especially if you have the vehicle... View More

The landlord/owner can file a Detainer Warrant against you whether you signed a Lease or not. But it must be first filed, served or posted, and then the Court gives a Judgment for Possession.
Dept of safety came up with 3 Past offences all dated in the 90s. The info is wrong. Like the phone number doesn't exist, the county is wrong, the ticket number isn't right. I've called around and tried to get it straightened out but no one can find the tickets the dmv have on their file.

You probably need to request an Administrative Hearing before a Department of Safety Hearing Officer. Hopefully it is not too late, and you will need an attorney.

Just because of a job dismissal licenses are not revoked. But if someone makes a complaint to the Regulatory Board about the reasons for the firing, then the Board/Issuing Agency may act upon the Licensee for those reasons.
Is there more than one way to get money to somebody from their bank, over seas who is not a citizen of that country? I was told that the only way they could do it was to go thru somebody else's account and that person had to send it to them from their account. I think its a scam, am I right?

You could be. It's probably best to stick with the mainstream methods through reputable banks. But no matter who handles it, the process is always susceptible to threat. Good luck

It wasn’t your case can they arrest you. Or have a warrant for your arrest?
answered on Jul 25, 2019
If it was a criminal manner, then an Arrest Warrant can issue which is executed by arrest, or an Indictment which is also executed by arrest. If it is a civil manner, either a Default Judgment against you can be entered, or if you are a witness, a possible contempt citation could occur.

You should be able to legally. Once you turn 18, you are no longer a child under Tennessee law and may choose where you wish to live.
If you have a good relationship with your parents/guardians you should be careful in how you go about this to preserve that relationship if possible. Good luck.

If she is the Owner, and you take it without her permission, that is Theft of Property, or at least a Joy Ride. The Insurance is irrelevant to ownership.
I told the officers no one but they had found him behind the home and said they would take an indictment out on me for falsifying info and harboring a fugitive Can they do that?

Short answer is yes. They may charge you. However, that does not mean that you wouldn't have a successful defense. If you are charged with a crime, consult with a criminal defense attorney asap.
