More than likely a Default Judgment for money will go down against you. The Judgment Creditor can then require you to go to Court to give sworn testimony where your money is, or go to jail for Contempt. Go to the Court Hearing.

That depends on why they were going back to the spot. If you were helping them conceal their crime or further the criminal actions, you could be an accessory after the fact.

The real father should sign the affidavit of parentage. It's a terrible idea for anyone to sign a birth certificate for a child they know is not theirs. A visitor at my house was cleaning windows & pressure washing some areas. he was attacked by a swarm of yellow jackets. He was stung about 50 times in the head area. He has been to the ER TWO TIMES SINCE FRIDAY, still suffering with symptoms. The swelling is still obvious.
