Q: Parking ticket. Tried to take care of it they said it did not exist now a month later they say its there

Got a parking ticket in january. Called to take care of it but the lady said they were unable to find it and i didnt have to worry about it. Now a month later she calls and says they have it and i need to pay it! Do i still have to pay it?

Yes, you have to pay this ticket. You were already going to pay the ticket, so there should be no issue. If they have increased the fine, you should contact them and tell them your issue and they will likely decrease it to the original fine, but only if you act right away.

You need to contact his attorney and that attorney will have to bring this matter before the Judge that handled the case. The sooner you do this, the better.

Q: My son got a speeding ticket 2 weeks ago, and just this weekend we got another one. can we still get supervision?

my son was speeding, and within 2 weeks got a second ticket. I havent even ordered the cashiers check to pay the first fine. can he still get supervision? Should he plead guilty to the first, and go for supervision on the second?

He should request Supervision on both of them, but he will likely have to appear in court in order to receive Court Supervision. If you are still confused, you could always hire an attorney to assist him with this matter.

Q: Could I just go pay the ticket with no issues? or what/how should I approach this?

I got into an accident, which I was in fault, and I was given a ticket for "driving too close" I honestly forgot about to ticket and now its over due.

If it is overdue, it is likely a conviction was entered against you and a fine. Your choice is to take the conviction and pay the fine, or file a Motion to Vacate Ex Parte Judgment , give proper notice to the prosecutor and appear in court on the scheduled hearing date for your Motion. You need to read the paperwork the officer gave you. They could be copies of the tickets they issued you or just a warning. If you are still confused, you should have an attorney review the documents.

You can asked, but it will be denied. If you bring in proof that you fixed the tint, the ticket might be dismissed, but if it is not fixed, you have little to no chance of a dismissal.

No, this ticket will not be thrown out. If you are not able to find an attorney prior to the court date, you can appear in court and tell the Judge that you need more time to hire an attorney. Your girlfriend needs an attorney. The sooner you hire a criminal defense attorney for her, the better. That attorney will be able to figure out what is going on regarding her bond and her pending matter.

You will have to appear in court and request Court Supervision. If you are 21 or older, it is likely that Traffic Safety School will not be required.

Q: I was issued tickets, but they were never handed to me. They gave them to my mom, I was in the hospital.

Was pulled over due to looking confused. They took me into custody for refusing tests. I hung myself at the station is what the report says. I woke up in the er. Odd thing is cop never asked for a copy if my registration ir insurance. I have bad ptsd, and agoraphobia. Medical retired vet.
