You need to discuss this with your attorney in North Carolina. Your attorney has all of the needed information in order to address your concerns.
They agreed to dropping 2 charges and pleading guilty to one and getting probation. This extended beyond 120 days and then judge cancels agreement. Shouldn’t the speedy trial motion still have been in effect.

You need to discuss this with his attorney. That is why he has an attorney. No one here has the needed information to answer this question, only his attorney has that information.

I recieved a speeding ticket for 22 mph over the limit. I have what I think is a decent driving record. Im 32 and haven't had a speeding ticket since I was 17. I plan on asking for court supervision, but was wondering what the probability of having to do traffic school was.

Typically, adults with good driving records do not have to complete Traffic Safety School.

You need to notify your attorney. If you had a Public Defender, you need to try to notify them of this issue. Either way, you need an attorney by your side in court.
I already had a warrant and went to jail. Now I have to go to court for contempt. I paid my bond to get out until my court date. I also paid an extra $50 towards my fine directly after I got out of jail. What else can I do to stay out of jail?
answered on Feb 23, 2020
Call the attorney that assisted you with the DUI. If you had a Public Defender, you can try contacting them. You really should hire an attorney to appear in court with you to increase your chances of staying out of jail. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better.
Should I just plead guilty? I'm so scared. I've never been in this much trouble before.

25 over to posted speed limit is considered a petty offense. Go to court and request Court Supervision.
I recently went to court for improper passing of an emergency vehicle (officer stated “you got over but not far enough”). It is a pretty hefty fine. There were close to 500 people in the court room that day so everything was rushed. When my turn came up the local prosecutor was distracted and... View More

No, pay the fine and be done with it. Failure to pay will likely result in an increased fine.

My car was stolen in front of the house I was living at back in 2002. I did not file a police report because the car was broken into so many times, I just decided to let things be.

What? You will have to follow the procedure explained in the notice. If you requested a hearing, you try to explain what happened but your failure to file a police report will cause you issues.

It depends on where it was completed. Contact the people that did the evaluation in order to find out what they will do with it. Also, discuss this with your attorney.
The police arrested me without telling me that I was going to be arrested, and I couldn't put my cell phone away and I believe at the scene of my arrest my cell phone was stolen/lost. You could always try and file a law suit against the police, but these types of law suits are rarely successful.
Ticketed by unmarked police car who claimed he was traveling 76 (in 70) while being passed on right. Warning for speeding 1-10 over. Son will request bench trial, but should he NOT request court supervision because of the seemingly bogus "passing on right"?

It seems to me that there may be more to this story, but on its face, it seems that this ticket will not stand up in court. If he really wants to fight this ticket, he should hire an attorney to assist him. The sooner an attorney is hire, the better.

You need to look at the communication closer. It is likely for two different tickets but the same type of offense.
no insurance ticket hours later heading home. One month ago I received a car as a gift for my girlfriend and I. We put her plates on it to drive it home and got ticketed for that. Both tickets occurred in Illinois. Court for both is next month.

Get proper insurance on the SUV and show that in court and request Court Supervision. Get proper registration on the other vehicle and show that in court, but you will likely want to hire an attorney for the improper use of plate ticket because it is a criminal offense.
