That depends on the judge, the charges, and the facts of your case. You should speak to your attorney or public defender that has the facts of your case. I have to go do a violation on my probation because I violated it. Can I get out on bail

If you are sentenced to jail on a probation violation, you cannot get out on bail. Bail is for when you are fighting your case. Once you are sentenced, you cannot bail out to stay out.

Unfortunately, the DMV requires you to enroll and complete a 3 months DUI program (AB541) in order to get your license back. Q: Can I pay instead of doing community service I work and i have a new born at home so I have no time to do my service

Depends. But I'll get into that in a minute. For now, if you have not completed your community service, there is a warrant out for your arrest.

Q: My DA in Ventura picked up misdemeanor charge on me for kicking a car that almost hit me and some children.
