Q: If I am sentenced to felony jail that's a prison term in county jail will I be remanded at the day of sentencing?

That depends on the judge, the charges, and the facts of your case. You should speak to your attorney or public defender that has the facts of your case. Q: Im out on bail on a new case in Ventura county.

I have to go do a violation on my probation because I violated it. Can I get out on bail

If you are sentenced to jail on a probation violation, you cannot get out on bail. Bail is for when you are fighting your case. Once you are sentenced, you cannot bail out to stay out.

Unfortunately, the DMV requires you to enroll and complete a 3 months DUI program (AB541) in order to get your license back. You can request from the court that they let you re-enroll into the program so you don't have to start all over but if 10 years has passed, I'm affraid they might... Read more »

Q: Can I pay instead of doing community service I work and i have a new born at home so I have no time to do my service

My case is 5 years old and i had to plea guilty for them to sentence me last year

Depends. But I'll get into that in a minute. For now, if you have not completed your community service, there is a warrant out for your arrest.

Now, if community service was ordered in lieu of fines, then you can just go to court, see the judge and tell the judge you would rather pay...

Q: My DA in Ventura picked up misdemeanor charge on me for kicking a car that almost hit me and some children.

He pulled out and bat threatened to hit me. He ened getting attested and they changed me for kicking car door.

Thats on my phone my charge is receiving stolen property
