Q: I settled a workers comp claim and I have yet to receive my money but they closed my medical already.

Do they have to pay interest on my claim since they are taking so long to issue my check?

Q: I was a guest at an organized wedding at Ash cave Hocking hills. I fell on ice breaking my arm. Do I have a claim?

The ice was on the path leading up to the wedding so there was no were else we could walk on. there was a sign saying it was icy. We ha no choice but to walk on it
