Q: If I am emancipated at 17 and only have a permit, can I take my drivers test?

I am 17, and plan on being emancipated. Would I be able to take my drivers test or would I need to wait all of those months to take the test still?

As long as you meet the requirements to obtain a driver's license, it should not be a problem.
