Q: Is it legal for an employer to fire a worker for catching covid and potentially exposing people on accident?

This is in Michigan. My friend was last in work on Friday and had symptoms starting Sunday the. called into work on Monday and hasn’t gone in since the Friday she left. Q: If I am emancipated at 17 and only have a permit, can I take my drivers test?

I am 17, and plan on being emancipated. Would I be able to take my drivers test or would I need to wait all of those months to take the test still?

As long as you meet the requirements to obtain a driver's license, it should not be a problem.

Does his wife have any claim to the insurance?

my father died with no will . his wife is incapable of making her own decisions , is it legal for HER daughter to take control of my fathers assests and cut me off completely?
