Q: My mom is in a nursing home and my question is if there is a nurse working there that I would prefer not to care for mom

You need to address your concerns with the nursing supervisor and director of the home. However, if your mother is receiving her medicine as prescribed, it does not appear at this point there is a valid claim for abuse or negligence.

Your question appears incomplete. More information is needed to provide you an answer. If you are asking if a defendant doctor or provider is not required to participate in the medical review panel process, more information needs to be provided to give an answer to you. If the provider is not covered by the Medical Malpractice Act, the provider is not protected by the damages caps in the Act and subject to a lawsuit without first going through the panel process. Both would have some degree of negligence. The restaurant would have potential liability as the employer and responsible for actions of employees.

Q: We were in an accident in Kentucky in 2015. The at fault driver pulled out in front off us without looking.
