Q: I had terrible complications after plastic surgery because of drug interaction.

Doctor was aware that I was taking the meds. Can I sue?

If the doctor made a mistake in prescribing the drug, you would have a viable lawsuit. The question in all of these cases is what is the scope of the injury? It is hard to know without knowing more facts. But generally doctors do have a right to require the patient to come in before reupping mediation.

If the Georgia defendant has car insurance, you have to start in Georgia because that is where you would have jurisdiction over the defendant. If the at-fault driver does not have insurance and the vehicle is insured in Maryland, you have an uninsured motorist claim in Maryland.
