Q: My nursing license was disciplined for something I DID NOT DO, based on an anonymous complaint, from a retaliation.

I am seeking your assistance because my nursing license was unfairly and unjustly disciplined. I received an accusation in 2016 based on a complaint from a disgruntled coworker who was retaliating against me (from 2014). According to the nursing board, it was an anonymous complaint, which makes this even more unacceptable. I supplied the name and contact information of a witness for the case described, but he informed me that the nursing board never contacted him during their investigation. I feel it is very unfair and unreasonable to put my license on restrictions, when no patient was ever in danger, none of my coworkers were ever in danger, and I have exemplary character letters, and employee evaluations, that support who I am as a person. I have a clean background check. Is there anything that can be done? Or am I stuck with this false, permanent mark on my nursing license?
