SAN JSOE CALIFORNIA, BEING A VICTOM AS DEFINED "ALL PERSONS WITHEN THE UNITED STATES WHO HAD A CONSUMER GOOGLE+ ACCOUNT FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME BETWEEN JANUARY 1, 2015 AND APRIL 2, 2019. WELL IM STILL HAVING TECHNICAL IOSSUES OF SECURITY BREACHES AND COMMUNICATION ISSUES BEING CELLULAR PHONE, VOIP, EMAILS AND ALL APLICATIONS USED AND WEB SEARCH RESULTS. I WOULD LIKE TO SUE BUT CANT FIND AN ATTORNEY. ALL I HAVE IS 7 YEARS OF RECORDS TO DIFFERENT DEVICES SUCH AS BLU, AT&T, SAMSUNG, MOTOROLA, ALL EFFECTED. AND DIFFERENT SERVICES AS WELL AT&T, H20, VERIZON, METRO, T-MOBILE, SAFELINK, ASSURANCE WIRELESS, TRU CONNECT, AND OTHERS NOT LISTED. IN EFFECT ALSO WERE ALL VOIP APPLICATIONS ASSOCIATED TO DATA CARRIERS BY INTERNET PROTOCAL ADDRERSS ASIGNED TO SERVICE OF DEVICE USEING THE APPLICATIONS EFFECTED BY GOOGLE PLAY AND FORCED TO USE BY FORCED PAGES AND REDIRECTION OF URL ADDRESSES ENTERD. THIS EFFECT WAS NOT ONLY IN CALIFORNIA BUT ALSO IN NEVADA.

Your case is being processed by a US District Court. There are no forms, but there are a lot of rules that you must follow. Federal Courts are very strict on the rules. Best if you retain an attorney to assist you, District Court Judges are not very patient with Pro Per plaintiffs.
