What is this have got to do with me? stipulation as far as recorded data and my recollection are concerned, test is related to Shoulders injury, as the pain had spread throughout my left wrist, a negligence of, by Insurance et al, putting first own agenda before injured worker, and lying and conspired with others.Title 18 USC Sec 371, 372.I enunciate myself again, What is Internal Medicine have got to do with me? I been diagnosed of Hypertension and irregular rate and valve enlargement in 2018,may have been relevant then due to maltreatments injured worker suffered.Further, documents received via mail consisted only one stipulation for PQME external w/x ray. Dr was placed by you and Ms.to perform the allege tasks. Bad thing is, the aforesaid practitioner lied and falsified his reports related to this matter
