Can my employer separate me from employment, cut my health benefits off without notice, use my accrued hours to pay for deductions such as medical benefits and other things for over 7mo without notifying me? While on workers comp benefits and it’s been over 12 mo (exhausted 4850 benefits) I am well into TTD time. This is a pending industrial disability retirement - employer submitted application. It’s been extremely hard to find anyone to listen and want to help. There are so many moving pieces with multiple errors it becomes too much to explain.
