Q: Covid Vaccine Mandate - Booster

I was recently hired at a Construction Firm and provide covid vaccine card. Today I recieved an email from HR stating that i do not have the booster. There is nothing on the employee hand book nor nothing in the interview stating that the employment requirement that mandates covid vaccine for employment. I asked HR was this a requirement for the project? No response, figures. Then I recieved an email from an HR Partner saying that the client was requiring it, upon formal check, the client stated I did fall under the requirement for full vaccinate. How can I go about this, without risking my job or losing if

A: You get the booster. If you refuse to do what your employer wants, you get fired. It is that simple. Sorry.
