Seattle, WA asked in Health Care Law, Personal Injury and Legal Malpractice for Washington

Q: I had a crisis mental health providers make a false diagnosis and this diagnosis screwed up my continuity of care

This diagnosis because of what was going on made everyone think I was crazy and later when I had the evidence to show what I was saying was real I didn’t realize all my mental health practitioners never actually got it and it didn’t change my treatment of my prognosis! I just found out all these drs have been treating me for a condition I don’t have because a lot of the drs were to lazy to read what I found out I was being followed and stalked and I couldn’t figure out who it was and was begging to stress me out and well took me 2.5 years to find out who it was and to get the documentation to show this these people were following me everywhere

But my drs just told me I’m paranoid or delusional or schizophrenic when I have a psychological evaluation that cost me 7,500 to get custody of my daughters that said I was fine but none of these things were considered it’s just easier to slap me with a label….. I need help this eroded my life my marriage my everything and I need it fixed
