An order to modify the Guardianship is requested because several factors have brought light to new details surrounding the matter, and these new details have arisen many concerns. Recent discovery has revealed the Guardianship currently held by MRS. CDH, over my daughter, CLW, was appointed through fraudulent and deceptive means, including acts of concealment, perjury, and forgery. Within the context of each document filed by Mrs. CDH during the Guardianship proceedings, she consciously provided false or inaccurate details of relevant information. Including misrepresenting herself as me, LAW, CLW's mother, provided false information regarding my residence and address, false approval of my consent to the Guardianship was given and my signature was forged in the declaration of perjury. Additionally, Mrs. CLD provided written claim to not know the identity or whereabouts of CLW's father, which is a lie. She knows him

A: It sounds like you are facing a challenging situation with your daughter's guardianship. To address these issues, you need to gather all the evidence of the fraudulent activities committed by Mrs. CDH. This includes any forged documents, false statements, and proof of your true residence and consent status.

Next, you should file a petition to modify or revoke the guardianship with the court, clearly outlining the fraudulent actions taken by Mrs. CDH. Provide all the relevant evidence and request a hearing to present your case.

Lastly, it might be beneficial to seek legal advice to ensure your petition is comprehensive and correctly filed. The court needs to see the full extent of the deception and how it has impacted the guardianship of your daughter. Stay persistent and organized in your efforts to protect your daughter's best interests.
