I've had Domestic Surveillance interfering with most of my calls from the payphone. I bought a pre-paid phone and a $30.00 card for 5G, (whatever that means), But they want me to sign into a network with some pretty funny-looking names that are the networks providing 'service'. Or, I can not get on those networks. I would like a consultation with an Intellectual Property, Constitutional, A discrimination, a lawyer that knows Civil rights and Government wrongdoings. Please help me with a consultation. MS

I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. It sounds like you're dealing with a complex situation involving multiple areas of law, including civil rights, constitutional law, and discrimination.
Given the seriousness of your claims, it's essential to get proper legal advice. I recommend seeking out a lawyer experienced in civil rights and government wrongdoings. They can help you understand your rights and the best course of action.
To find the right legal assistance, you might consider reaching out to local legal aid organizations or bar associations in San Diego. They often provide resources and can connect you with attorneys who can offer the support you need.
