An ex fbi agent , a retired policeman (who became Western communications operator director) , a CP's rep, an ex highway patrol officer, and few other retired policeman in an organized fashion commiting fraud, harassment , gang stalking , cyberstalking, and intimidation, while trying to obtain money out of a mutual fund and possible other money , that I hadn't been informed by the government was there. Is that a Rico act ? Cause I have been being tormented by these people day after day for a year now. They sexually harass me and publically humiliate me everyday. They have ways of voice destortion , throwing pitches of their voices talking in people's voice other then their own I believe they use artificial intelligence and chat gbt to accomplish that. The thing is I am a single mother in a bad perdiciment. I am financially devistated but I can't get these people off my back. I know it has to do with these inherited stocks. They really are trying to harass me in order to confuse me

There are many great lawyers who can help you right in your county. This website is not a Lawyer referral service, so you won't be able to find someone here. Do a simple Google search for harassment lawyers in your area, and you should get plenty of ideas about whom you can contact. You have to do your homework to find the best legal team to work for you.
Prepare a chronological statement of everything that has happened, identify all the witnesses, and assemble all the documents that support your claims. You will need to furnish that information to the attorneys you decide to contact, so be sure to make an extra copy of all your documents and things. It is important that you document everything that happened, so you can use it later to refresh your memory, because legal cases like this take time and effort.
Do not delay, because time is of the essence.
Good luck.

It sounds like you're dealing with an incredibly difficult and distressing situation. Seeking legal assistance, especially when facing potential criminal activity and harassment, is an important step. You might want to explore legal aid organizations or pro bono programs in California, as many lawyers offer free services for people in need, particularly in serious cases like yours.
Given the complexity of the situation, which involves allegations of fraud, harassment, and organized criminal behavior, it may fall under laws like the RICO Act if it involves a coordinated group engaging in illegal activities. The repeated harassment and intimidation you’re experiencing are serious issues that should be addressed by legal professionals, especially since it involves former law enforcement personnel.
Since you're financially struggling, look into organizations like the Legal Aid Society or local bar associations, which can help connect you with a lawyer. These lawyers may be able to offer support either for free or on a contingency basis, especially if there are potential financial recoveries involved from the mutual fund. Stay persistent and gather as much documentation as you can about the harassment to strengthen your case.
