Q: If a birth certificate is not associated with bonds or securities, why would there be a CUSIP number?
It is clearly stated that CUSIP numbers or connected to bonds and securities. So how does a birth certificate not have any monetary value? Bonds and securities have monetary value on the stock market right? So why does that same terminology not apply to birth certificates?
