Q: Someone is accusing me of harassment over the internet but i believe i am being impersonated and was just fired
I am the victim of impersonation, defamation, libel, harassment and discrimination. I was recently fired because a co-worker claimed I was harassing them through email and subsequently telling other employees disparaging and complete falsehoods while slandering my name. My character has been villainized and my integrity has been destroyed. I was fired egregiously carte blanche without ever getting to share my side. I believe my race and age came into play in my termination, my accuser went to HR and shared "documents'' and I still don't even know what I'm accused of saying in this ordeal and was never given an opportunity to share my side. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks
