It is not a gift if it was intended to be child support (a gift requires a "donative intent"), but it may be more difficult for him to prove that he paid it as child support. Hopefully, for his sake, he paid it by check or otherwise documented it.
I do not mind helping support my daughter, but I do not think I should pay child support to her mother if she is no longer residing with her mom. I cannot seem to find any answers when I search online. She has Medicaid and Social Security.

Get a lawyer to file a petition for modification of support. You are correct that your ex should not expect to get a windfall.
Our divorce has been finalozed since November 2015. I have sole legal and physical custody of our two children. Yes, and yes. If you do not answer interrogatories, you are facing sanctions for not complying with discovery. If your ex has a lawyer, you should too.

Look at the child support guidelines, available online at the Indiana courts web site. You should get a consultation with a family lawyer if that does not answer your questions.

There is no such form that I am aware of. You may want to consider hiring counsel. Good luck.

I suggest that you ask to speak to the head of the IVD program to determine in what way you were non-compliant and how it is that they show that you were. If you were, correct the situation and seek to have the case reopened.
