Yes. You only get a retrial if the appeals court says so.

Q: If u (def)want to press charges against ur prosecutor do u have to wait AFTER ur trial, or can u do it while at it?

Youre being charged because you were in a fight but can you press charges because you were hit first?

You can tell your therapist without fear of them telling your parents under the therapist-patient privilege.

Q: My prosecutor is lying about what happened& refuses 2 let my son speak as a witness becausehe knows he'll tell the truth

What can I do? Can the judge let my son speak against the prosecutors will? My son is 15 and with good character, but the prosecutor doesn't want him present at the trial at all.

It doesn’t matter what the prosecutor wants. Bring the child and let him testify!!

Yes. You can. You don’t need to alert anyone nor should you alert anyone. Simply bring her the day of trial And leave her outside the courtroom until she’s called.

Nothing happens other than the loss of his income to the family and everyone else has to work harder to pick up the slack.

You need to subpoena the child by giving a subpoena to his parent or guardian!!!

No. The judge cannot discuss their case with anyone. You discuss case with your lawyer.
