Q: If the defendant can prove the prosecutor also commited a crime, will they both be sentenced jailtime at that trial?

No. If the prosecutor is charged that will be in a separate trial.

If the defendant prives the prosecutor commited a crime as well

Misdemeanor - immediately after. Felony-6-8 weeks.

Yes. If you know the judge, he or she should disqualify themselves.

The jury will consider all the facts and decide whether they accept self defense. If they do, you win. If not, you are guilty.

Burglary 1 is 10-20 years and theft depends on the amount taken but a minimum of 1-5 years.

The prosecutor and defense attorney pick the jurors. Anyone they know will most likely be disqualified.
