First, ensure you have followed the legal eviction process in Oregon, including giving your roommate a written notice with the appropriate time frame to vacate. If she still refuses to leave, you may need to file an eviction lawsuit, known as a Forcible Entry and Detainer (FED), at your local... View More

A Washington attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. Your question may have gone unnoticed under the general "Uncategorized" heading. Some questions go unanswered here. But you could try reposting and adding "Employment Law" as a category. Good luck
My parked car was sideswiped by a city sanitation truck. They accepted responsibility. The damages were $16,500 so it totaled my car.
Their insurance is offering me $8,000. I do not accept this. They caused damages and should pay for the damages in full. What can I do if anything?

Look, you have not asked a basic legal question here, it requires research to answer. This is far too important to leave it up to free advice on the internet. Go see a local attorney about this.
