Q: I am being asked to drive a total of 780 miles (to the destination and back), am I entitled to compensation for that?

I have to drive 390 miles for an IME and have had a statement from my workplace that they would compensate me only 18 cents per mile, which doesn't cover anywhere near enough for gas and vehicle maintenence. Q: Is it normal for a pain management clinic to give you a cup to do a UA but not a lid when any one can contaminat it?

Review it with your lawyer. It wouldn't be normal for sanitation reasons, but not illegal. Not a great argument,weaker still if you had failed an earlier screen.
