Q: I recently purchased a car from a guy but he didn't have a title..he assured me that I could use our written bill of sal

But I'm not able to so now I have a car I can't register..the bill of sale did say he wasn't liable for the title or car after signing..what rights as a buyer do I have if any

Sue him for what is called recision--means unwinding the deal--and also for what you paid. Hopefully you can do that in small claims.You'll have a problem if the bill of sales said that and you still signed, but give it a shot. Q: Will i get jail time for 1st offence for theft of public benefits??

I have tried to contact the dhf office to fix this before the warrent but no one ever returned my call. If i can get hold of them and fix this problem can they recall the warrent or Will i have to turn myself in?.

Q: I have 3 assorted felonys and have a class d pending can they charge me with habitual offender

I have 3 assorted felonies. i now have a class d felony pending. this would be my 3rd drug charge can they charge me as a habitual offender?

Q: I was implanted with a permanent device that was only 1/2 done. Instead of inserting 2 coils I only had 1.

On the manufacturer's website it says it's not right for me if only 1 could be inserted but still the dr. only put in one abandoning one tube. I didn't know it was only 1 coil until I became pregnant years later. I had to have a hysterectomy to remove the device half done by the doctor. Do I have... Read more »
