Yes, even if only charged as a misdemeanor, you license to drive may be restricted (by the court) and/or suspended (by the DMV) which may affect your ability to perform your job.

Speak to your attorney. More info is needed. Typically, there are fees and costs involved after a DUI. All of that should of been explained to you when you reached a disposition at your DUI arraignment.

it sounds like you have 2 within 10 years and another outside of it..........
for sure they will ask for jail but with a good atty and a little luck you should be able to get home arrest
and AA and rehab are all good but i would think it should be as intense as possible.
I got one in 2006 and 2010 and this one in december 24 2017 no crashes only misdminers

It is 10 years, so if you get a DUI today it goes back 10 years.
When you got your DUI before it went back 7 years from the date of your past DUI.
