You would have to send your contract with the shipping company's terms to an attorney to review this. If there was indeed a fire, they should have some insurance coverage for contents. I would hire an attorney to put them on notice of a breach of contract and negligence. Obtain their property... View More

Q: Is it legal for a Exterior Company to amend a contract without your signature?

A Delaware attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a month. Until you are able to discuss with a local attorney, the general basic rule applied nationwide in most settings is that both sides have to agree to amend a contract after it is agreed to. Good luck

Q: I have an insurance that is refusing to pay for a benefit I was assured they would pay for before getting it.

I have screenshots and emails saying they will but still deny benefit.
