Can we take it off and put it back on in florida? Can I drive the car?
answered on Mar 26, 2015
Do not take the interlock device off. Yes you can drive the car.

Why would it be considered anything other than your second dui? It is your second dui.
answered on Feb 26, 2015
You do not know this by now? That is quite odd. I would say that is will affect your insurance if you have a dui.

Without knowing all of the facts and circumstances it is impossible to answer this question fully. The state may elect to charge you with a felony as opposed to a misdemeanor. What you need to do is get local counsel swiftly. The more time that an attorney has to ponder the facts and legal defense... View More
While on vaca. I got interstate travel and completed classes in fl. Fl probation wants to supervise me as a felony, is it a felony?
answered on Feb 17, 2015
Well, which statute were you charged under? What court did you have to go to? Was it the county court, or the circuit court?
answered on Jan 30, 2015
You have to reinstate your license in NM before FL will issue one, normally.
I have to go back to CO to serve a mandatory jail time, then my probation starts. I live in Zephyrhills and have permission from the court to live here as long as im excepted through the interstate compact

Probation on misdemeanors is not usually transferred through the compact, that is for felony probation. So, the first question is whether it is felony probation.
The 2 DUIs were befor3 1984 nothing serious since. I went to FL recently valid DL and no restrictions. They ask if you have ever had a DUI or Revoked In your lifetime. Can I say No without penalty? Would that be a lie? You cannot lie on the application. If you had a dui and you say no, that would be a lie.

You probably have to get the license cleared up in NJ before FL will give you a license.
Got the sentence to lose my license for 90 days. My 90 days is up now so I checked my status and it said that my FL license wasn't suspended. What do I do? Did someone mess up?
answered on Jan 6, 2015
It appears that someone did mess up, because a suspension in any other state is a suspension in FL. I do not know that you have to do anything, but I could be wrong.
Can i still reinstate my license in colorado with all of floridas laws and requirements
answered on Dec 27, 2014
You have to be able to get your license back in FL before CO will issue one to you, most likely.
answered on Dec 18, 2014
Florida will recognize the suspension, from any other state, and you will not be able to get a license here until that suspension is clearded up in Illinois.
And can i get a hardship licences in FL even though i have a DUI and suspended license in NJ?
answered on Dec 12, 2014
FL will not give you a license because it is suspended in NJ. You might be able to transfer the classes. Ask your probation officer.
My license is suspended for 1 year. Am I a fugitive?
answered on Dec 12, 2014
If you do nothing regarding what you were supposed to do, a warrant for your arrest will be issued for violation of probation. You will be arrested and held without bond until the sentencing judge can get around to seeing you for an arraignment, and then longer in jail until you get a private... View More
