The college I am attending (American College for Medical Careers, FL) is using another school's name (Salter, MA) which is owned by the same company (Premier Education Group) for financial aid purposes (fafsa). Is this legal?

I got into a little trouble and my assistant principal told me to place all belongings on her desk and step out of her office. She then gave my phone to my mother and told her she went through all the messages and turned it off and I'm pretty sure that's an invasion of privacy

So often people ask question like this, whether something is legal. An attorney has to know all the facts and usually has to do research to answer or even give an opinion, based upon the decisions in case law.
I signed a full scholarship with a D-1 football team. The NCAA clearinghouse said I didn't qualify due to not enough credits, but I have more then enough. The school board didn't do their job to make sure that my alternative school was in their system, I lost my scholarship.
