First he attacked my rooster and I asked them to put it on a leash and they didn't then he ate 7of my chickens

Q: How do I clear a military charge?

Was in the Army and was charge for wrongful possession of marijuana. I went to apply for my concealed weapons permit and was denied because because of this charge. I was not aware that this could affect me in civilian life. How do I fix/clear this?
