I do not believe that they should be doing this, but I am sure there are more facts. I would have to do research concerning not only any statutory laws but also any case law to answer this question fully. That is not cheap.

What is this question really? Often, people do not know the right questions to ask, and it usually takes asking them a number of questions in order to determine what they are actually asking. Go see an attorney. The mobile home could be considered the homestead, in my opinion.

Q: Is there a legal way to switch realtor in the middle of building process if that realtor don't do any good for me ?

I have not signed any agreement with the realtor yet but builder refuses to put on other realtor I want . The realtor I have right now was suggested by the builder and won't even show up on scheduled meetings , I want to know if there is any way I can change the realtor ?

On the vehicle registration it lists: 2 owners joined by 'OR' - Does this mean that the vehicle is an asset to both people or just the primary owner (purchaser). The second person was listed on the credit application and they are the one driving the car but has the lesser credit score.
