In my county I can pull up a lot of public information online because I am registered wtih the local clerk in the county. No. Solicitations like that with charitable foundations are not enforceable and they would have to pay over $300 to sue you in small claims court. They will not be doing that.

No, you do not have a right to read the search warrant in full before the search begins. Many searches are conducted while the search warrant is on the way there. If you are charged with a crime, you need to hire private counsel to represent you.

30 days is how long someone can be held on an extradition from another state. If he consents to the extradition, the time limit goes away.
