Q: Are school Parent Teacher Organization rules enforceable?

The local high school is somewhat near another elementary school, and many parents use the HS parking lot as a drop off point for their students. The HS PTO says this is no longer allowed. Are they legally allowed to do this, as the HS is publicly funded?

The school board would make the actual decision, but it might very well defer to the recommendation of the PTO.

You might be prosecuted, yes. Firing the weapon, whether or not you hit him, might be regarded as a criminal assault. Instead, seek a restraining order from the courts, and/or call the police.

Was listed and had showings the following day. We also had written agreement by text between landlord and their listing agents to extend the lease until after the holidays (1/1/2022). Is that a valid agreement in the state of Florida?

The landlord doesn't need to give written notice to show the house, just reasonable notice, unless the lease or rental agreement provides otherwise. And yes, a text message would probably be regarded as a written agreement.

I am unsure what you mean by "garbage digging" but there is no expectation of privacy in garbage placed outside of a home, meaning you can dig in the garbage can and get whatever you want from it.
