You should sent them a letter, certified mail, explaining why you don't owe it. Then, if they sue you you will have that letter as evidence that you didn't agree to the "account stated".

If you were hired by the hour, and you worked those hours, no, your employer can't refuse to pay you your wages.

There is a close-in-age exception which probably applies in your case, if that's what you mean. But your mother may well be able to get him in trouble under other criminal statutes, so stay away from him.

Florida Statute 872.02 prohibits "Injuring or removing tomb or monument; disturbing contents of grave or tomb; ...". It's a felony. Report it to the police.

If you currently have insurance, It appears that you have complied with the handbook. If the university tries to do something, inform them in writing that you do have insurance. It looks to me that whoever told you that you could only get a waiver in the fall was misinformed.

Q: In Florida is it a state law that you wear a coverup over your swimsuit in a public building that doesn't serve food?

My condo association says that I have to wear a coverup over my swimsuit going from the pool or beach to my unit. They say this is a Florida state law. I have been unable to find this. Can you help?

I strongly doubt that there is such a state law. The condo association may have such a rule, however.
