If you have 2 DUI's and 1 child endangerment by DUI charge then you would be a habitual violator and your license would be suspended for 5 years. After 2 years you can get a limited permit as long as your car has an ignition interlock device installed on it. If you violated your permit and... View More

The penalties are as severe as an adult being caught driving. while drunk. However, the threshold of proof is lower. The State has to show a less BAC. So, it depends on whether there is a BAC or not. Consult with a well-qualified DUI attorney for assistance.

Yes, they can stop you for even weaving within your own lane. It's absurd, but it is the law.
I was pulled over not wearing eye protection on a 49 CC scouter n Henry County. It ended up n a dui and driving without a liscence..?? Is there a chance on getting case dismissed?? The officeremony gave a reason that is a TOTAL LIE TO PULL ME OVER?? DO I HAVE A CHANCE AT A DIAMISAL??

If the basis for the initial stop is not a violation of the law you stand a very good chance of having the charges dismissed. I would recommend hiring a lawyer who regularly practices in that jurisdiction.

You definitely need to hire an attorney. You are required to update your address with the court. Updating your address on your driver's license doesn't, unfortunately, update your address in the court system. But you may be able to resolve the bench warrant without going to jail,... View More

Yes you can do something about this. Hire a lawyer to represent you. Just because the police cited you does not mean the State can prove you are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The State will have several problems, proving who was driving, and that any intoxication occurred prior to driving... View More

Ownership of the car has nothing to do with DUI. But if the person claims the car was stolen, you are facing a felony charge.

Police found one joint and charged me for possession and give me two dui's at same time, can they do that,

Yes, they can. They probably charged you with DUI-Drugs and DUI-Less Safe. They cannot convict you of two DUIs, but they can charge you. You need an attorney ASAP. I offer free consultations. Feel free to give me a call.

You can be charged with anything. The real question is whether you can be convicted. If you have been charged with DUI, you should hire an attorney. An experienced attorney can help make sure you aren’t convicted of a crime you did not commit.
