If you have a subpoena you need to get in touch with the prosecutor or victim advocate and explain what happened. Q: Can the police force me an my family to leave our house for them to wait on a search it?

They forced us to leave our house before they got a warrant of any kind so that they could search my house. How can they force me to leave my property so they can go thru it they told me that if I stayed I would most definitely go to jail

No. All you can do now is request the prosecutor to dismiss it. It is solely his/her call.

Q: Spouse was arrested for DV 4th degree, 1st offense. Getting the EPO dismissed. How do I get them to dismiss charge

Husband arrested for dv in 4th degree, I also filed an EPO that night. He is military and this is his first ever charge. I’m getting EPO dismissed this week but how do I get the prosecutor to dismiss the DV charge. It would ruin his career and hurt our children especially in regards to finances.

Q: A man came up to my car, threatened me, then whipped me with a leather whip. So I hit him with a wrench I had in my car-

He called the cops on me and I was arrested because he was bleeding very badly, and the mark on me was only red but with no blood. Why wasn't he arrested for hitting me first? I wasnt on his property or breaking any laws.
