A criminal defendant can always plea bargain. Whether that happens or not is up to the individual commonwealth attorney handling the case.

Report it to your school authorities and Call the crimes against children unit and CPS unit in your town and report to both as well.

You should find the Crimes against Children Unit in the town where it occurred and report both the offenses against you and your fears for the upcoming potential victims. There is no Astaire of limitations on felonies in Kentucky, so you may still be able to prosecute after all this time.

Both are crimes of violence and subject to the 85% rule. He will not be getting out early by virtue of these charges.

If you were forced to sign the contract under duress, it probably won’t be enforceable in court. Also, unless you received some consideration (benefit) for signing this contract, it is pretty much unenforceable for failure of consideration.

It would be difficult. You are definately entitled to dismiss the EPO, but you would have to have access to the judge to ask the to do so. I don't know about Muhlenberg. You may have to wait until the court date.
