You may want to consult your own attorney who can help you with that. Highly unlikely they dismiss a DV case without assistance from a lawyer.

You can file s domestic violence complaint with your local county attorneys office. You’ll need a civil lawyer to file suit against her for slander and libel if her reports to CPS are false.

You may want to tell the prosecutor that you don’t want to testify but the decision is up to them, not up to you, as to whether to go forward.

If the judge told him to take the dv class, he’d better take the dv class. The county clerk does not handle the matters as you describe. Call the public defenders office and ask where to take the dv class so he can have it finished by 9/27. There does not appear to be any conflict of interest... View More

No. You cannot legally move without your parents permission until you are 18.
The father lied and said I'm using drugs to get the order after I left the state to move back to Indiana cause I feared for my life after he beat me in front of them

Many attorneys are familiar with PAS. Husband paying for your attorney fees is based on financial disparity between his income and your income.

No. No longer your call. You may be able to reason with the prosecutor to do it, but it is his or her call now.

The EPO/DVO is a separate and distinct action from a divorce action. All of the equitable issues you ask about will be raised and considered in the divorce action, not the EPO action.

If someone has a witness protection order on you. Are they allowed to drive by your house or pass your house up when you're hours is right next to the road

If you mean an emergency protection order, if the order is against you, the other person can go and do as they please bc the order is not against them. If they are driving by your house, they are probably trying to bait or provoke you. Don’t do anything and stay out of sight.
The female judge that I have now doesn't really like guys. So with all the proof I have, she's going to come down hard on me to try to say I'm lying or something so that I would get put in jail and she also gave my ex a second chance to get some proof together

it was all a lie and I have messages to prove it but I like to see if those messages will hold up in court

You should have the actual phone with you in course as well as printed copies of the text messages to give to the court and opposing counsel. As long as you authenticate them, they should be great evidence for you.
