What do you mean the same? Certain agencies can get to expunged criminal records.

Q: If i dont want to testify against my fiancé can the court make me? I dontwant to make matters worst for fam.

I just want him to get help not jail time. He an addict of substance use. They are trying to give him 5 to life because of his prior criminal history. This is destroying my family even more and I just found out Im pregnant with his second child.

You can report a crime if a crime occurs.

Probably not. The age of consent in your state appears to be 16.

Surely, there is an attorney appointed to represent someone who knows much more about the facts of the case and who can answer this question more fully. The question is confusing, what specifically are all of the charges and the statutes that the charges were brought under?

What can you expect? You can expect that your husband needs to get a private criminal defense attorney for this matter. He needed to do that a few months ago.

Q: My boyfriend just got arrested for domestic violence for his first time. Will he be let out or will he stay in jail.

He has a record but all his charges are closed. He's never been arrested for this before. His sister said he choked me. I said he didn't. There's no marks on me., but they took him to jail anyway. Will he get out on his own or will they make him go to jail or will bail be posted?

Q: If a female has lied on me stating that I assaulted her but has no injuries on the police report will I be charged

The female got a warrant put out for my arrest and lied saying I assaulted her and that I broke into her home when I was invited into the home by a person living there, she reported no injuries to the police in the initial report and I have a witness stating that it didn't happen

Yes, statutory rape most likely, because the 13 year old does not have the capacity to consent to sex.

This person committed a crime. When that happens, the state prosecutes for the crime with a state or district attorney, a lawyer. That lawyer represents the citizens of the state. You are a victim of crime. See if there is a victim advocate at the local prosecutor's office.
