Q: Are “Hobby Breeders” held to the same standards under NYS Pet Lemon Law? Or only Pet dealers?

If the hobby breeder sells 10 or more dogs or cats a year they are subject to the pet lemon law.

There's an abbreviation DIWC, Disabled Insured Worker's Claim. If you wanted to repost in the Social Security section, you'd have better chances of an attorney familiar with this area seeing your question. Good luck
