the cop put that i had no front license plate. I also explained my car was purchased in GA so it has no holes for the plate

What you state is not a defense. Having a license plate in the windshield is a violation of the law if the car is driven on a Texas road, regardless of where the car was purchased.

Are there OMNI holds on your license due to these citations which prevents license renewal, or have convictions already been entered on the cases? What city are the tickets from? Calling a local attorney would help. Good luck.
is a no insurance ticket
he dont remember ever getting anything

Has a judgment been entered? Is a warrant pending? How did you find out about his matter? Contact an attorney in the area where the citation is pending to see what can be done. Good luck.

If you spent time in jail while a warrant was outstanding for the ticket in question, then you may request time served. Understand that time served means a guilty finding, and a conviction will be reported to the DPS on your record. You may call an attorney as well. Good luck.

If you received notice to appear in court, then appear in court. Otherwise, warrants will issue for your arrest. Not signing a ticket is irrelevant. Good luck.

You will have to check the local ordinance, and see how "public" is defined.

You will have to contact an attorney in your area and discuss your options. At this point, you know more about your situation than anyone in this forum. Good luck.

You may request a hearing on any citation issued to you, but a contested hearing date is not automatically provided. Contact the court where the ticket is pending.

Isn't there a statue of limitations on this?
answered on Sep 14, 2018
The statute of limitations is tolled once the filing instrument is filed with the court. I suggest setting these cases on a trial docket, but you may have to post a bond for that to occur. Calling a local lawyer would help.

I was going 33 in a 20 school zone and wondering if I would have to talk to judge face to face and/or if the state would let me take a defensive drivers course to get out of the ticket?

Since you are under 17, you and a parent will have to appear in Court and make a request to the Judge

If you had a trial date (not a pretrial date), your attorney AND you should have made an appearance in Court. Contact your attorney immediately.

If your partner admitted to police that the beer was his, it's a little late to back out now. He always has the right to a jury trial and tell his story. The problem is overcoming the argument of the prosecutor: " Was he lying then we he talked with the cop, or is he lying to you now,... View More
I am a Texas resident and I got a speeding ticket in Oklahoma $800 fine because I have no insurance, no driver’s license, and I was 10mph over the speed limit. What will happen if I don’t pay or what should I do?
answered on Aug 23, 2018
Jurisdiction of this matter remains in Oklahoma. You must contact an attorney in that State to discover your options. If you fail to address the matter, however, Oklahoma will notify Texas that you failed to appear in court as directed, and your license will be suspended. Good luck.

I am not sure of your question, but if the event occurred in Tennessee, you must pose your question to an attorney licensed in that State. Good luck.
