You can bond a bond to recall the warrant and set the matter on the contested docket if you do not believe you are guilty of the offense. Just paying a citation causes a conviction to be entered and reported on your driving record. Call the court to see what options are available to avoid a conviction...or call an attorney in the area.

Military service does not exempt a person from traffic laws, so yes, you can be cited while on military duty in uniform.

Incorrect. Automobile registration expires on the last day of the month on the sticker, and you must update your registration prior to that date to avoid a citation.

But my insurance people are telling that it was my fault and even in police report it is there that I was ticketed .

Make sure your license is valid when you appear in court. No license and driving with a suspended license can basically be the same thing; in fact, driving with a suspended license can be a more serious offense. Calling a local lawyer would help. Good luck.
