Missouri has a strict law about when a final paycheck is due but I’m unaware of any statute governing the timing of pay while you are still employed. If your employer cannot afford to pay you or won’t timely pay you, maybe it’s time to look for another job rather than wait to be terminated.

will a criminal warrant show up in a background check through the state police criminal history report and court records please answer or what is the best site to check We did a national warrant search

Yes, if you have a warrant, it should show up on any standard criminal background check.

Q: Can a criminal intelligence investigator tell me that they have a investigation on me and that they have built a case?

He also said he was investigating me for 22 days and built a case and closed my file and is turning it in to the PA and that charges will be filed.

Q: My county's salary commission is looking to make a salary "correction" for salaries that were not adjusted in 2007.

They acknowledged this issue in 2009. They now claim the county is liable to be sued. They had the same argument in 2009, but the commission decided retroactive pay was unconstitutional. You may be right. It may be too late. You should check with a lawyer and see what that attorney says.

Q: Is there any circumstance or process that a prisoner could be released from prison to a half way house or house arrest?

I have a 4 month old child that needs my care because my father is sick with cancer and my mother can't do it alone and don't want my son in state custody..
